About delivery and shipping charges
The delivery method will be by courier. We cannot accept requests to specify the courier company.
In principle, shipping is free, but an additional charge will be applied depending on the weight.
・Total weight of your order up to 3kg…¥3,300 (tax included) per order
・Total weight of your order: 3.1-19kg...¥2,200 (tax included) per order
・Total weight of your order is 19.1kg or more…Free
Thank you for your understanding.
The shipping fee for the color book is a flat rate of 700 yen (tax included).
Price information
The prices displayed on this website include tax.
Please note that the price is per corn roll, not per kg.
Estimated delivery time
If the item is in stock in Japan, it will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of order.
*Shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during summer and winter holidays.
Depending on stock availability, we will contact you regarding products that will take longer to deliver.
Specified delivery date and time (courier)
If you do not specify a delivery date, we will deliver as soon as possible.
Please note that depending on the weather and traffic conditions, your order may not arrive at the desired delivery time.
You can choose from two delivery time slots: morning or afternoon.
* Please note that in some areas, such as remote islands, where the time-designated delivery service is not available, we may not be able to accommodate your requested delivery date.
Product delivery status
You can check the delivery status of your product via the delivery company's parcel inquiry system.
If you need a shipping number when placing an order, please contact us.
If we are unable to deliver the product
If the delivery company is unable to deliver the product for more than one week from the delivery date and time due to your extended absence, your purchase will be cancelled.
Please note that if you are unable to receive the item, you will be charged for shipping.
If you would like to have your order redelivered, please place your order again on this website. (Shipping fees will be charged again as normal.)
If there is an error in your address or shipping method, we may contact you to confirm. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, your order may be automatically cancelled.
Payment
Payment methods are credit card or bank transfer only.
About receipts
This site does not issue receipts.
We will issue an invoice/delivery note by mail, so please use the invoice as proof.
Cancellation, exchange and return policy
We take every precaution to ensure quality, but if the product you receive is damaged or soiled , or if the product you receive is different from what you ordered , we will accept returns.
Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will contact you to let you know the return address and return/exchange instructions (shipping costs will be borne by us).
Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience .
Refund Policy
1. Refunds for cash on delivery orders will be made via bank transfer.
2. For customers who send a consolidated invoice on each company's closing date, returns will be processed within the consolidated invoice.
If you have a balance due from us, we will settle the payment by bank transfer.
3. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the card used for payment.
There may be a slight delay between when our refund process is completed and when the refund is actually made.
If you do not receive a refund, please contact your card company.
About the product
We try to display the product images as close to the actual product as possible, but there may be differences in color due to the shooting equipment and your monitor settings. Please understand and acknowledge this before placing your order.
Price and Availability
If the product is out of stock and cannot be delivered, we will contact you. Please note that some products may take some time to be delivered.
